Develop the skills required to safely handle a handgun from the holstered position. Learn techniques and step by step drills to improve safe shooting while drawing your firearm from a holster. Build competence and confidence in drawing firearm from your holster through appropriate and easy to practice drills providing a means for continued practice.
 
Topics will include: Firearm Safety, Shooting Fundamentals, Ways to carry and conceal your firearm for personal protection, Draw from open and concealed holsters, Dry Fire with unloaded firearm, Draw and Shoot with laser firearms, Draw and Live Fire with your firearm.
 
This is a live fire class and as such personal protection equipment is required. Students will need to provide their own personal protection equipment (ear and eye protection). Students will need to bring their own gun, at least two magazines and a holster for that gun. To complete the required shooting drills bring 100 rounds of ammunition appropriate for the firearm you are bringing. Follow all state laws for transportation.
